The Project:

Pujiang Science & Creation Corridor seeks to create an integrated model of commercial & business, culture & leisure and residential. Combined with the optimization of the subway station connection and traffic flow, the final scheme presents an innovative and active urban core for Pujiang.

Inspired by the curves in traditional Chinese calligraphy, as well as the natural flow of the river, the architectural expressions create a well-connected, human-scaled, and flexible Master Plan. Sunken plazas connect all buildings at different levels, maximizing the potential for formal and informal interactions that are currently lacking in the business and hospitality building typology.
